Head of Services – IT Operations & Automation

Dublin | Full-time | Hybrid / Office

I'm looking for a Head of Services to lead the evolution of internal and client-facing tools at a fast-moving, tech-driven company operating at the forefront of managed IT services.

This is a high-impact leadership role offering significant autonomy to shape internal systems, steer our product portfolio, and influence company-wide standards and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the internal toolset (RMM, PSA, quoting, documentation, etc.)

• Act as product owner for key third-party platforms offered to clients

• Lead AI and automation initiatives across departments

• Ensure system-wide compliance with security and data protection standards

• Be a key contributor to operational standards and continuous improvement efforts

• Cross FunctionalColaberation

Requirements

• Experience in an MSP environment

• Proven ability to manage and optimise IT platforms and SaaS ecosystems

• Strong knowledge of automation tools

• Familiarity with AI applications in business operations

• Hands-on experience with security frameworks and governance

• Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills

• Bonus: Knowledge of Kaseya/Datto, or relevant certifications (CISSP, ITIL, etc.)
